Olympic weightlifting takes the basic movements of a snatch and clean and jerk to gain overall strength and stamina. Our Olympic weightlifting programming will be provided by American Muscle Weightlifting by David and Jared Flemming which are Adam’s personal weightlifting coaches.

Boot camp classes include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. It is a type of interval training- bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity, yet mostly utilizes bodyweight instead of barbell work.
